Setting Up Your Portal

When you first log in to DailyStak, you will be guided through an onboarding wizard with four steps. This sets up the essentials so you can start creating protocols and taking orders.

Step 1: Company Profile

Enter your practice details:

  • Practice name — This appears on checkout pages and patient communications.
  • Support email — Where patients can reach you with questions.
  • Support phone (optional) — A phone number for patient support.
  • Website (optional) — Your practice website URL.

Step 2: Branding

Customize how your checkout pages and patient emails look:

  • Primary logo — Used in headers and emails. Recommended size: 400 x 100px.
  • Logo icon — Used for favicons and compact displays. Recommended size: 128 x 128px.
  • Brand colors — Choose a primary color (for headers and buttons), secondary color, and optional accent color. Enter hex values (e.g., #3B82F6).

Step 3: Notifications

Choose whether your patients receive emails from your account:

  • Send emails to customers — The master switch for every email sent to your patients on your behalf: checkout links, order and subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, payment failure alerts, and protocol change notifications. It is on by default. While it is off, nothing is sent and patients cannot sign in to their account, because the sign-in link arrives by email.

Below the master switch, nine specific emails can be turned off individually. They only apply while the master switch is on, and all are on by default.

You can adjust these later in Settings > Notifications.

Step 4: Team (Optional)

Invite additional team members to your account:

  • Enter their email address and select a role (Admin, Staff, or Viewer).
  • They will receive an invitation email to create their account.

You can skip this step and invite team members later from the Users page.

tip

You can update any of these settings at any time from the Settings section in the sidebar.
