Creating Your Account

To get started with DailyStak, you need to create a partner account.

Signing Up​

  1. Visit the DailyStak signup page and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email from Juniper Health.
  5. Click the verification link to confirm your email address.

Once verified, you can log in and begin the onboarding wizard.

Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication​

For added security, DailyStak supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) using a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

  1. After logging in, you may be prompted to set up MFA.
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm setup.
tip

We recommend enabling MFA to protect your account and patient data.

Logging In​

  1. Visit the DailyStak login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. If MFA is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.
  4. Click Log In.

Forgot Your Password?​

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter the email associated with your account.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  4. Click the link and set a new password.
