Key Concepts

Before diving in, here are the core building blocks of DailyStak:

ConceptWhat It Is
ProductsProfessional-grade supplements in the DailyStak catalog. You browse and select — DailyStak handles inventory, packaging, and shipping.
CustomersYour patients. Each customer record includes their name, email, shipping address, and optionally a custom discount.
ProtocolsA treatment plan — a collection of supplements with dosing instructions assigned to a specific customer.
SubscriptionsCreated when a patient checks out. Subscriptions handle recurring billing and automatic reorders based on a days supply cycle (typically 30, 60, or 90 days).
OrdersIndividual shipments. Created when a patient first checks out, when a subscription renews, or when you create a one-time order manually.

How It Works

Here is the typical workflow most practitioners follow:

  1. Add a customer — Enter the patient's name, email, and shipping address.
  2. Create a protocol — Select products from the catalog and set dosing instructions.
  3. Send checkout — The patient receives an email with a link to review their protocol and enter payment.
  4. Patient checks out — The patient confirms their address, enters payment, and their first order is created.
  5. Automatic renewals — The subscription renews on schedule. New orders ship automatically.
  6. Manage as needed — Pause, adjust, or cancel subscriptions. Modify protocols when treatment plans change.

Your Economics

Your partner discount is the wholesale rate you pay DailyStak for products (a percentage off MSRP). The customer discount is the percentage off MSRP that your patients pay — you control this.

Your commission is the difference between what your patient pays and what you pay.

Example: A product has an MSRP of $100. Your partner discount is 30% and you offer patients a 10% discount.

  • You pay: $100 x (1 - 30%) = $70.00
  • Patient pays: $100 x (1 - 10%) = $90.00
  • Your commission: $90.00 - $70.00 = $20.00 per unit
