Role Descriptions
Admin
Full access to everything. Admins can manage team members, configure settings, create API keys, and perform all operations. Every account must have at least one Admin.
Staff
Can perform day-to-day operations — creating customers, protocols, orders, and managing subscriptions. Cannot change settings, manage users, or access API keys.
Viewer
Read-only access. Viewers can see dashboards, customers, orders, and products, but cannot create or modify anything. Useful for team members who only need to monitor activity.
Follow the principle of least privilege: give each team member the minimum role they need. You can always upgrade their role later.
