Placing a New Order

Most orders in DailyStak are created automatically — either when a patient completes checkout for a protocol or when a subscription renews. However, you can also create one-time orders manually.

How Orders Are Created​

Creating a Manual Order​

  1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Create Order button.
  3. Select a customer (or create a new one).
  4. Add products from the catalog and set quantities.
  5. Review the order summary — pricing, shipping, and totals.
  6. Click Submit Order.

The order will be sent to DailyStak for fulfillment.

You can also create orders through Ask Axis or from a customer's detail page using the action menu.
